Brittany Probert, BCBA, Clinical Director
Brittany Probert is the president and Clinical Director of Advanced Behavior Analysis, INC. She has extensive experience working with children diagnosed with ASD in their homes and clinical settings. Her expertise includes one-on-one instruction with children ages 2-15 utilizing different behavior procedures including Discrete Trial Training, Incidental Training, Precision Teaching, and verbal behavior. With over 14 years of experience in the field of ABA, she has a passion for working with children and making a difference with each individual.
Mary Tortorici, BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director
I have been lucky enough to be a part of Advanced Behavior Analysis, Inc. since January 2017. I started as an RBT working one-on-one with our clients, and I was able to work my way up into an administrative role as Treatment Manager. I finished my Master's in Special Education through the University of Utah in May 2018, and I passed the BCBA exam in August 2018. It's been a great opportunity to grow with this company, and I'm excited to see what the next few years will bring!
Diana Smith, BCBA
Diana graduated from George Mason University in 2005 with a BA in Cultural Anthropology with a Philosophy minor. After her child was diagnosed with Autism, she devoted herself to extensive reading and research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ultimately getting a Master of Education in Special Education with a certificate in ABA. She has worked in the field of ABA since 2013 and became a BCBA in 2017. She is passionate about behavioral science and the positive changes it brings to people’s lives. She is trilingual, speaking also Spanish and French.

Arielle Bennett, BCBA
I have been in the field of ABA for 5 years and have been with Advanced Behavior Analysis since May 2019. I started as a technician at Carmen B. Pingree and fell in love with the field! I knew I wanted to continue working in this field and decided to pursue my BCBA. I graduated from Capella University with a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in September 2018 and passed the exam in 2019. I love working with children with autism and having the opportunity to work with their family as well!
Jordan Chamberlian, BCBA
Jordan Chamberlain is a Board Certified Analyst at Advanced Behavior Analysis. She graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Autism. She absolutely loves spending time with children on the autism spectrum and hopes to make a difference in the lives of many children and families throughout her career.
Tori Chrupalo, BCBA
Tori Chrupalo joined the Advanced Behavior Analysis team in 2017 after 5 years of working in the field of recreational therapy. As a Board Certified Recreational Therapist, she specialized in providing adaptive adventure opportunities for children with Autism and children with various behavioral and cognitive impairments. Once she discovered the field of human behavior she fell in love and headed back to school to get her Master degree in Special Education (BCBA track) at the University of Utah. She has been a BCBA with our company since May 2019 and loving every minute of it.
Mike Watkins, BCBA, Treatment Manager
Mike is a BCBA and Treatment Manager with Advanced Behavior Analysis. He has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Masters in ABA. He specializes in treating symptoms of behavioral disorders in children 2-15 years of age. Much of his experience is also in providing parent and teacher training within the home and classroom environments. Aside from his own clients and as the Treatment Manager, Mike oversees the Consulting staff and provides training in parent/school/community meetings. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his sons, dogs, playing competitive volleyball, tumbling, and training in aerial arts.
Heather Dillon, BCBA
Heather Dillon graduated from the University of Houston in 1993 with a BS in early childhood and elementary education. Heather taught for several years and started her own preschool program as a state-endorsed home-based daycare following the birth of her second child. After the birth of her third child, she returned to teaching and continued in the field of education until 2014, when a gifted BCBA introduced her to behavior analysis. Heather graduated from the University of West Florida in 2017 with an M.Ed. and ABA cognate, and passed her board exam 3 months later. Heather loves to watch children learn, and specializes in treating young children with autism.
Jaimie D'Agostini, BCBA
I began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012. She initially worked with adults with developmental disabilities at the University of Nevada, Reno. She then completed a masters of education at Arizona State University, during which time her focus was with young children diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorders. In 2016 she earned the title of BCBA. Jaimie is passionate about behavior science and loves empowering parents and families to live their best quality of life through the principles of behavior analysis.
Rachel Mortimer, BCBA
Rachel Mortimer has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 3 years. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2017 with two degrees, BS in Psychology and another BS in Human Development and Family Studies. She is currently seeking the needed hours and qualifications to sit for the BCBA and will graduate from Arizona State University with a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction of Applied Behavior Analysis. Rachel enjoys helping families reach their goals and potential. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys most outdoor sports, college football games, and traveling. Rachel looks forward to continuing her work and one day hopes to be able to have BCBA listed next to her name.
Erin Gates, BCBA
Erin Gates has been working as a Consultant at Advanced Behavior Analysis since September of 2019. She became enamored with children diagnosed with ASD and the science of human behavior during her undergraduate studies when she got a job as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016. Her fascination with the field lead her through the rest of her undergraduate coursework at Utah State University, and toward a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism at Ball State University, graduating in May 2019. She loves that every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. She is passionate about bettering the lives of each child she works with, as well as creating positive change in the lives of their families.
